hi ppl .. wondered if anyone has had the same problem ... had car recently drop oil pressure due to a blocked oil pick up in sump . replaced part changed oil to millers nanodrive ...also replaced pcv pip with revo revamp kit. still have really irritating noise ... hope its not internal . car is mapped and has uprated dv vave and as i said pcv .. pulls absolutely fine feels very quick so think its making power...heard cam follower goes so replaced this too

Remove the missis from the car......job done!

Seriously though, what kind of noise? Irritating isn't very descriptive, is it a knocking,buzzing, tappetty, cammy, squeal, Graunching?

Best bet is a video, but more description and a rough idea of where you think it is coming from (engine, gearbox, head, belt etc) would help too.

Sorry was best post was in hurry ..sounds like left hand side of cams .. side with belts on .. sort of ticking noise
