RCD310 Stream music via Bluetooth

Hello all,

Had a quick search and still a little unsure regarding the rcd310 and ability to stream music via Bluetooth.

Have seen this vid which seems to say it will work http://youtu.be/yMl3mwiDwJk

But not 100% sure.

Appreciate I would need the canbus adapter too.

Seems like a comparatively easy way to stream music as opposed to installing cable to rcd500.

Has anyone done this?

Doesnt it depend on if the rcd 310 is a latest uk version with the car fitted with a bluetooth module? I know the later US 310 cars had bluetooth modules already fitted as standard (Youtube vid is from the US)....although im sure someone else can add any info on this

Thanks, wondered if there was more to it than just plug and play.

Will have a look into the module setup and work out costs.
