WANTED anyone who's can wire my Haldex system and code it in

Hi guys I'm looking for a many one of who'm understands vw wiring diagrams and can wiring to wire my gen 2 Haldex as I've lost contact with a guy I was hoping to use. 

Any help greatly appreciated !
