RNS 315 No Radio Reception Please Help

Hey guys
Bought RNS 315 of ebay, received today, fitted to my car, all seems to be working fine except no FM/AM radio reception
I have RCD 510 at the moment, radio works fine with this unit.
Any ideas what could it be? Dont really send it back if it is easy fix

Are you using a Fakra adaptor for the radio antenna?

Yes I have Fakra adaptors. Same adaptors are fitted with RCD 510

I forgot to mention
When I received RNS it had pre saved station on such as Galaxy, Radio 1 etc, would not play them but stations were there must worked before.
After reset, it wont pick any stations at all.

And its definitely not in DAB mode? Would also suggest try pressing and holding the SETUP button whilst its in Radio and go in to the Signal Monitor then see what that says. Should rule out any antenna issues.

There aren't any tricks in how to use it, my Dad has the 315 in his car and it works the same as the 310 I've got in my GTI!

I tried every mode
DAB - won't work because no aerial installed
FM and AM same no signal
Thanks for advice, will try tomorrow by holding set up.

It Bluetooth DAB version and BT seems work fine, cd and sd card works fine just radio wont pick any signal
