700 bhp  :pomppomp:

Ok, maybe half that. Not to fussed to be honest. I'd love a beautifully set up car with more mid range power/torque that's usable. I'd also like to get rid of the pronounced (and annoying) flutter you get on WOT at the top end of the boost (if that makes sense). Hopefully these will be sorted soon with the next stage of tune. Niki at R-Tech seems to have sorted (or is sorting) the flutter issue that cars with CAI's seem to have.

Thanks Andy!  :drinking:

The 2 pieces I had dipped were £80 plus P+P which was £8.

I'm having a few more bits done so I will be emailing Adrian at Hydro-Graffix this week with a list of car parts (interior and exterior) and asking for a price list based on a basic paint/dip/lacquer process for those parts individually. I'll then post his details and prices in this thread, if he provides them.

Hopefully we can get a forum discount.

I reckon it'll end up at around £15 per item. I hope that he'll give a forum discount due to the potential future orders that he could get out of it  :happy2:

^^^^ Thanks matey!  :drinking:

What's next?

Having a Big Arse THS Cooler fitted, SALK fitted , one of Alex's AKS Wheel alignment jobbies and a couple of Poly bushes for the front wishbones.

Then off to R-Tech for Stage Stage 2 or 2+ custom linear map (depending if I add a HPFP while at AKS) and Niki's new LBK map, can't wait for that, should be a noticeable difference.

The LBK map description from a post Niki made a week or so back.....

Another "new" thing this map is running is my new LBK map, LBK is the Bosch German short term for manifold flap,  the stock Ko4 LBK and VVT mapping IMO is setup to produce air velocity to speed up and get on boost as quick it possible,  the side effect to this is when the engine setup is flowing better from an induction kit and elevated boost requests the turbo surges and flutters most of you wil induction kits and a ko4 have this issue.   What I have found is to allow the head to reduce the air speed velocity at 3000rpm and set the LBK and VVT to allow more air flow volume into the cylinders which in most cases fully removes the surge flutter sound / or Just gives a slight wisper of flutter at 3700rpm.    The other "up" side is more torque can be made between 3000rpm-4500rpm with a lot less boost.     On the k1 we developed the LBK-VVT mapping on made more torque at 1.3bar then it did at 1.6bar..
Next setup is to find a new ignition advance setup to work better with this setup to see if there is even more power to have.

...............Oh and having Xenons fitted too.  8)  :jumpmove:
