Subwoofer Options
« on: December 15, 2013, 12:37:36 pm »
Im looking for a Sub to put in my mk5 gti, i dont want a massive one that takes up lots of space, my ideal option is a discrete unit that is hidden at best but due to my budget im going to have to compromise. I have been looking at the JBL Bass Pro II it looks asif it is smaller than most units and it is active so i wont have an amp taking up room in the boot also. Has anyone had any experience with this? I would also appreciate other options that are similar or smaller.

My friend is fabricating me a mount for a 10 inch sub.
I have a 400w 2ohm subwoofer from Ebay - It's a Rockford Fosgate one.
My buddy is fabricating a wooden enclosure. Once it's done I'll speak to him about "mass producing" them
