Good evening,

Just thought I'd say hello as I've just joined the forum.

My M135i went this week so I've been on the look out for a new car.

Was originally looking at a Mk5 R32 but with a 50 mile round commute per day I want something a little nicer to the pocket in terms of fuel! The £480 yearly tax bill isn't ideal either.

So I started looking at Golf GTI's and came across the Edition 30's.

I'm ideally looking for:-

Candy White or Grey Edition 30
Manual,
3 door or 5 door,
Privacy glass,
Nav isn't essential but would be nice,
No more than 75,000 miles,
Full VW or VW specialist history,
Good condition,
No mods,
Budget max £9500-£10,000 for a nice one!

If anyone knows of one coming up for sale shortly please let me know.

I'm based in Dorset, I'm willing to travel for the right car within reason.

All the best,

Stan

Thank you for the welcome.

I'm just trying to be realistic in terms of the miles as the car will be in general 7 years old next year so average miles would take it to around 75,000.

Lower the better though!

Thank you for the welcome Woosh!

I've seen those two thank you but just wouldn't consider black.

Red is growing on me but I think I'll stick it out for the right car.

I'm in no rush so might as well wait, something will come up.

I'm on EBay, Pistonheads and Autotrader constantly so I can jump on car straight away!
