sub installation

I'm installing a sub into my golf with the standard head unit, I bought a product to write into the back of the stereo to add rca outputs, now I have the sub i see it comes with high level wiring which means I canwire it into the back speakers, I'm just wondering what my best option is or if it will makea difference
