Absolutely brilliant prog wasn't it!  :notworthy:

I also enjoyed his comments about Olympic Gold Medallist Laura Trott: "She's not hard to look at is she?" and later when Laura had very seriously straightfaced suggested he didn't stand much chance of achieving the record: "This from the most giggly girl known to man".

You really felt the teamwork.

This is part of a series not to be missed.

I'm a big Guy Martin fan.  Whether talking about trains, water mills or superbikes, he's enthralling.  This series is set to be a classic.

I think he did well to do that speed on sand. Given the previous record was set on the M42.

He's a cool bloke.

When he mentioned "that Isle of Man place" (his words).. class.
