Hello guys!
At the moment i'm working on my car to add a Audison Bit Ten :)
After getting the radio out, I noticed the previous owner had done something terrible - cutting into the original radio loom :(
I have the tools to fix this nicely so I'm planning on doing that.
However I have some question regarding the loom and the wires, as I can't seem to figure it out.
The loom seems to have 2 brown wires, which both are ground cables (tested with a multimeter). Originaly the car came with a MFD2. I have checked the diagram and I don't see the use of this cable. The cable is disconnected right now too.
Can anyone shed some light on the double ground wires?
The 12v and the SAFE wire seem to be soldered into one main wire. I can't imagin this is how VW ment it to be. Any thoughts?
