Carbon front splitter help

I recently got hold of a carbon fibre splitter, which is fibreglass skeleton with carbon overlay. I'm wondering whether it is best to drill into it and bolt it to my front bumper, or use a good bonding solution to effectively glue it on. I have no problem with modifying the bumper in such a way that it can't be returned to stock but never worked with bonding chemicals or fibreglass before so need advice.

Just use some auto double sided tape/strip. Can be bought from Halfords and it will stick a Rhino to a wall.

Will tape really provide enough hold for track use?

If you don't want to use tape (which is very strong...) then you can self tapper it on.. up to you.

If tape is endorsed by you guys then I'll use that. Trip to Halfords tomorrow morning. Particular brand to go for?

I would use Tigerseal personally along with some tape and ideally clamp it together for the curing period.

OK, I'll give it a go. Bit of adhesive and tape sound the simplest way but can always use screws if needs be.

Clean the mating surface on the bumper as well haha.

I would of thought some light sanding too? Make the bonding surface better as lacquer isn't good, is it?

Nah just give a good clean will be fine.
