THS intercooler fake or real

Just seen this on ebay. It is hard to see but is has THS logo on side. Same thickness 57mm. (even same core dimensions). Are THS intercoolers really manufactured in UK or this comes from same chines factory?

THS is China made.  This looks just like a THS so is probable made in the same factory.

The factory contacted me to see if I wanted an 'AKS' batch making.

Im see this intercooler long time ago on their site but still didn't decide if I will buy it :)
I think that it can't be worse as S3 intercoler or Im wrong?
