+1 for shampoo if sealed, so it sounds like this will solve your problem. Obviously with a good mitt or maybe a wheel wooly.

If this doesn't cut it you can go for something more focused like bilberry wheel cleaner, which is a good performer at an excellent price. If there is serious contamination from brakes, then you might want to use iron-x or a similar iron fall out remover like dragon's breath, however you shouldn't need to be applying this type of product regularly. Different tools for different jobs.

Is the green one DJ sour power? I used to use Born to be mild and whilst it was fine for weekly use during the summer, I didn't rate it in the winter. Now use dura gloss.

Sorry to thread hijack.

But ill be sealing my wheels with carbon collective platinum wheels which i have, would bilberry cleaner be suitable to wash once thats applied or will it be too strong? If so what would be a good shampoo/cleaner to use?

Ive been using Valetpro Bilberry on my standard wheels and Autoglyms custom wheel cleaner for my polished splits, seems to get most of the dirt off them!

I tend to use Iron-X if they're really caked in brake dust and then regular shampoo after that.  I did apply wax afterwards once which made them easier to clean for a few months but I think I'm going to do things properly next time and take the wheels off to apply a proper wheel sealant like the poorboys one or c-quartz (c5?).

Cquartz is Cquarts mate, c5/c1/c4 is gtechniq.

I'd get cquartz personally.
