Check for stone chips and ensure all three rear lens caps are in place. To dry them out remove the dipped beam bulb use a hair dryer. I would also suggest getting some silica gel pouches and tape one to the rear of each bulb cap. Not fool proof but it will help keep the moisture down :)

personally i wouldn't use a hair drier. you don't want dried water marks on the inside of the lens!

just get a couple of silica gell pouches as said above. thats the best method. you could use these which i bought for my mams 21 year old mercedes convertible which hasn't got a 100% roof seal. since putting these beauties in its not been a problem steaming up. (I'm talking about the interior of the car) but my brother used them (all be it halved (sown) in size) in his xenon headlights that were steaming up and worked a treat!

so these are in 2 x pieces in 3 sections. i cut them into 3, then cut one section up sowed it back together and that was put inside my brothers headlight. wasn't sure if id explained above properly.

Thanks guys for help. I had HIDs on and I've tried to open the covers on the back, and left hid's to heat up the lights and it did the trick and the dried out and not steaming up anymore. Just matter of time when will start again but I think I'll put a bags inside the light just to make sure.

Noticed my front left doing this, luckily have a load of silica pouches left from after fitting hids to my old car. Can the caps be removed from the engine bay or is it a bumper off job?

No need to remove the bumper mate, you can remove the cap's even though it look's very tight and put the gel packs in.

Make sure your vents aren't blocked. What type of headlight is steaming up? Is that halogen or gas discharge?

They are on the back of the headlight, not sure if your going be able to see them. Look for a small 90 degee breather hoses. Also make sure it wasnt cracked and its not sealed properly. Remove the misty side and leave it to dry out...you might try to undo the main beam cap and leave it to dry out, but its damp as it is..
