does anyone know if the way the springs are will affect anything eg can they be upside down

I would have thought you can fit them upside down! The only thing I can think of is if you haven't got the spring seated in the shock properly?

springs defo seated properly, when i removed the old springs and put next to the new ones they looked exactly the same size in comparison
