hopefully with the de cat it will sound nicer.. the cupra in that vid defo doesnt sound remaped so thats why it sounds sh*t i bet!

Ye man hopefully it should do. Std K1's do sound sh*t lol. Burt mapped ones are brilliant and so unique sounding.

Basically, can you chop the rear lights of my k1 to the same darkness as that to the corsa vxr, and can you do the lower rear valance black also.

ahhh good, because im the opposite! keeping red lights but doing my valance black along with roof and spoiler ( i said it first lol )

rubbish! im doing mine myself for under £20, plasti-dip! its some  rubber spray stuff americans use... just mask up and spray on, job done

what about doing the whole center bit?

We really do have all the same ideas! I thought the rear of the k1 is too white and I always thought the whole back in black would look great which it does. A danish guy has done it already also!

Thanks, once the DP is fitted I think I will get some new rubber and brake pads, then hopefully by then the ITG intake is available.

Trying to source some ferodo ds2500 pads for it, as they are meant to be the danglies!

Your vinyl guy is taking the piss. My local bodyshop who do kit cars and insurance work would spray my rear valance for 100. For vinyl it should be about 40-50 squid. My mate got his whole roof and bonnet vinyled for 120. Try somewhere else dude.  :happy2:

Im defo feelin viny, cheap, easy and can come off if you need.. if you spray something thats it!

however the plastidip stuff is just like rubber and will peel off like vinyl once sprayed its amazin stuff
