Fitted a Shark fin, But now no AM radio

Hey.

Fitted my new shark fin aerial not to long back, But i have noticed the AM doesn't work.

Is there booster or something along them line that i can get, So the AM will work again?

What head unit do you have?

Just the standard one, Not sure what model it is.

I'm thinking it is the RCD 300?

try swapping the wires around.

I had this issue with my rns nav when I bought the car, asked Richter what could be the problem and they suggested that, and hey presto.

I think he means swapping the aerial leads at the back of the unit.
Without traction power is nothing!
