Is the fuse holder for your amps secured in place?

it's screwed onto the battery cover mate

How did you split the engine cover to spray that yellow mate?

If you turn the cover over there is some clips you take of and it should separate

The xenon lights are on the next job list to do,going to put the side skirts on but with it been lowered not sure if it will go on my ramp at work

Maybe you can measure the clearance you have in the middle of the car to see if the side skirts would clear of not. :confused:

The perfect side skirts for your Golf are from Votex and they're chunkier than the ones from the GTI/R32. :\

It's getting the ramp legs under that is the problem as I have to jack the car up to get the legs under now

I see why you haven't fitted the side skirts yet. :\

They'd look great but you'd have an harder time getting your beautiful Golf on a ramp. :(
