Window shades - which ones?
« on: January 20, 2014, 05:53:59 pm »
Ok narrowed it down to getting them from either uk shades, UV car shades or Privacy shades.
What ones are best or are they all the same?

Great thanks. Quite a bit more than the prices I was looking at,
Are they worth it?

Yes.

They look OEM and well worth it.

I've had a quick search around and found them on eBay. Around £100, about right.......

The back window blind is all in one conpared to the others that are two parts.
I'm presuming one big rest blind is better than two split ones?

Yeap.

With a single rear blind from the outside of the car you can't tell that you even have blinds in place. I don't have any photos of mine in the car. Previous thread on these thingy's....

Not got any of them fitted in place, but here's an exciting packet picture

Perhaps my most boring and sensible car related purchase ever, but the sun kept getting in my little lads eyes so he's worth it

Mine are for a MK6, but my local dealer actually had a set for a mk5 in stock when I ordered mine

No just the side blinds, they did have the rear blind on offer for £29 but as I have factory tints it's already pretty dark back there with the side blinds!
