There'll only be the "Christmas" specials before long, series length seems to get shorter and shorter due to costs. How many was there this time? 6 including the 2 part special????

Yep. Its a farce. Looking back at the Wikipedia entry for Top Gear old series there used to be around 10 episodes per series which then decreased to 6 or 7. Think it happened after Hamster had his upside down encounter in that jetcar.

Budget cutbacks. Let's face it.. A few weeks away messing about in three lorries will work out quite expensive
