3 years ago i signed up for a service plan for the R32, when i agreed to it there was no specific plan for the 3.2 engine as there plan at the time only covered up to 2 litre cars.
so they followed the 2L plan but worked out all the prices for the 3.2 and gave me 10% off
now here is my problem i lost all the paper work and leaflet that i signed up for
I know it had 3 services i'm having my last one on Thursday
i know it had 3 MOT's, had the last of of those last year
but i'm positive it also had 2 brake fluid changes, my dealer is now arguing that it only had 1 and i've had that but i'm positive the leaflet read 3 services, 3 MOT's, 2 brake fluid changes,
does anyone know if i'm correct perhaps you have a service plan from 3 years ago for a 2L car or even just know.
