Yeah i've read about alot of people still haven't heard back and stuff.
And heard of a few really good cars not getting spots either.
Unfortunately it's about who you know instead of how good your car is, It's wrong really! Every show you go to you see cars inside and wonder how they got in.
That's like any show though.
and we as car owners always think our cars are ready. To be honest I thought mine was ready but having been declined an indoor Sunday spot and looking at it retrospectively... it's not up there. Air and wheels, at the time... since then I've done a lot of other work but it needs to be a package, interior, trim/new seats, whatever - Everything needs to be spot on. And for me it just wasn't.
If you didn't hear back I can't speak on their behalf but did you send another email to info@dubshows.com ?
can understand your position but that's like any show... if you know of the show "players" a guy I know from uk-mkivs.net was given an inside hanger spot, he has a Mk4 which is completely custom, been widened about 3 inches at the back, all metal, a 3 year build - Not a fan of the finished package myself but it's a nice car - and he rocked up and found his space had been given on the day to a tatty 5 series!
It's just how it works my man
