How much is a cam follower change at JKM Portsmouth?

Heard good things about JKM on here. Just wondered if anyone knows how much they charge for a cam follower change? Mine is an 05 GTI with the extra pipe if that makes a difference.

enquiries@jkm.org.uk would be the most sensible place to ask.
Sarcasm for free. Anything after that can only be considered as a bonus.

Just because you think you know something, doesn't make you an expert if you've just read it on the internet, y'know.

I would say 1/2 hour labour plus the price of the follower.
Without traction power is nothing!

Cheers guys. Yeah in all likelihood it's probably ok. However I just thought that it's at that age now that if it was only fairly cheap it might be a good precaution. I wouldn't risk doing it myself as I know I would break the car!!

^^^ Cheers, I have read the guides. Still probably won't risk it though, I always end up making a balls up of things. Also I have the more complicated banjo bolt fixing as well which everyone says is a pig to do.
