I thought they allocated space based on the number of cars/passes in attendance?

Correct

The first ones there, just move the pegs in the grass making it twice as big. then people without the passes park up in the main carpark walk over to the stand get the now used passes then drive around and park on the stand  :wink: ( thats what we used to do. )
