No bad points, awesome bit of kit and well worth the little money they cost. Add some 42 Draft Design bushes and a AKS bracket/bush FTW. Have a look in my build thread for all the details.
What Martin said, ^^^^ I really like this mod, as it shortens the gear change to a more suitable distance, which suit your needs!
It's funny when you get into a normal car, it feels like the change is miles away, you have to over reach just to change gears....
