Revo engine mounts

Had these installed yesterday, I originally chose THS but it seems there are issues with supply and they have been withdrawn.
Anyhow...these change your vehicle noticeably in a number of ways.

- An engine note is transmitted to the cabin, but not in an unpleasant way (not too much vibration either). It also subsides at cruising. I would describe it as purposeful.
- You can 'feel' the engine when indulging yourself. Should be good on track.
- Throttle take up feels sharper.
- Contribution to wheel hop reduction (if any) has yet to be determined. I currently run S3 lower arms, WALK and B12 kit. How well will these parts play together remains to be tested.
- Arrests a lot of engine movement.

Contributing factors to the sound recorded - Stage 2+ map, Revo intake, Milltek resonated turbo back exhaust.

Hopefully some may find this useful if considering this mod.

Thanks, a good read. Seems I'm echoing much of what has already been said with the addition of video. Must explore the wheel hopping issue today...

In the wet wheel hop is reduced by around 80%, just a momentary occurance now and no really heavy banging and this is with a foot flat launch which in fairness you might not expect to get away with. Even with it reduced this much track use will be much improved. If I were to persue complete eradication I think I'd go for things like tyre compounds, tyre pressures and bushings. Already have WALK so maybe the remaining OE bush on the lower arm. Geometry lastly before considering coil overs. Anyone have experience here?
