Anyone in West/North london to code my indicators

Hi there I was wondering if there was anyone in London which could code my indicators so that they come on when i turn on my fog lights?

Afaik this can't be done with fog lights. This can only be done with sidelights. I'm willing to be corrected. I have a cable and I'm in Harrow if you wanna do it
