MDI ipod connecter where to buy?

i have the standard unit in my car and wanting to connect my iPhone and to charge it..

whats best route to go down?
how much am i looking at?

theres a few on the forum for sale is that gonna be my best bet?

most of them dont charge thats the problem, who can recommend one?

MDI does charge but requires newer radio type. iPod dock for older radios does not charge.

will take  a look.

anyone know if you can have 2 outputs from the rear of a standard 2005 head unit? I've got an ipod connector which means my cd changer is not working, would like to have both.

I have a mfd2 sat nav which is a dvd based head unit and has a cd changer,I wanted to.run a I pod lead also wanted it to charge, I came up with a xcarlink lead which let's you keep the changer but gives you a iPhone/ipod lead which you control and charges plus a 3.5mm aux too....iirc it was around £80 and there supports was fantastic
