Lowering springs
« on: February 22, 2014, 07:31:42 pm »
Hi all

Been looking at lowering my mk5 gti 07 plate I don't want it with the oil sump scraping the floor but looking at a 20-30 mm drop have been looking at the eibach sport line ki and also the eibach pro kit   Also had a look at the vwr kit

My question is what would u recommend and why

Don't laugh but I bought some LO 60mm springs of eBay a few years ago.. Done 60k with them and haven't had a problem with them.. Nice comfy ride and not stupidly low

Think they were 18's (can't remember as I only had them a week) but 60mm all around. But the 16's also sit the same
