I think i've seen a few people using these :happy2:
I've also seen people use ones that actually replace the existing paddles instead of just clipping onto them.

Opinions on these?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-CARBON-FIBRE-DSG-SHIFT-PADDLE-EXTENSION-GOLF-5-6-GTI-R-JETTA-PASSAT-3C-EOS-/251447673656?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&fits=Plat_Gen%3AMK+V%7CModel%3AGolf&hash=item3a8b730338

Think they're fairly smart cheap mod, but wondering if they look stupid behind the wheel and feel just as bad?

Ive been using these for ages now. Really do make using the DSG "better"

^^I have some of the replacement s2tpp, there a great addition and defiantly use the paddle a lot more since fitting. There a lot more useable positions on the wheel  :driver:

I've got a set of these on mine. They've been spot on tbh. However, there is one issue: the sticky pads provided were a bit rubbish. The one's on the left were OK, but once the sun was out - the right hand one always came loose. I put some stronger, thinner pads on and they've been fine.

Bit off topic. But I loved the paddles in one of the cars I drove. But the whole car itself was terrible. So now I've got one with no paddles. Is it as simple as getting a wheel with paddles and some vcds coding to retrofit hem or is there more?
