Bit of a frankenstein exhaust setup...the missing piece!
« on: February 26, 2014, 08:21:31 am »
My Jetta came with a Milltek cat-back when I bought it, and I recently won (a bit accidentally) a Piper downpipe on eBay.

One thing I'm missing is the piece to the right in the photo below:

Is it possible to buy this separately, or am I going to need to get an exhaust place to make something 3" that'll link to the existing Milltek?

I figure the Jetta exhaust is slightly longer overall, but I'm assuming the length is taken up in the Milltek part? Looking under my car, the Milltek reducer connection is just by the cross brace, in front of the rear wheels:

Nice one! The only thing that's niggling me is whether the Piper DP is exactly the same length as a Milltek one...knowing my luck, I'd buy the MSAU343 and it wouldn't fit!
