The results from the injectors came back and it turned out that number 3 & 4 were knackered. The other 2 were cleaned and worked like new again so they were kept.

£280 later the injectors turned up. I also sold my Evoms intake and bought the Revo one after hearing all the great reviews so this was fitted at the same time as the injectors.

 


And all put back together

It was taken back to Sitech Racing as I was given an SPS box off a mate who didn't need it anymore and simon set the car back up along with the bud for a tenner.

The car was finally running 100% again and has done ever since.

MY cars had the same symptons in terms of going in and out of limp mode. EM light on and EPC. VAGCOM told me its the intake runner control and the throttle position sensor. I havent even had it mapped or modded. It only ever stays out of limp mode when the tank is above half which ive noticed since ive had the car. REALLY REALLY annoying especially when the power is needed and it suddenly goes into limp mode.

Shame about the issues though I had a load of EML and misfire issues when I first got my eddy! Really annoying when you can't pin point the issue from the start !

Mostly shell V Power but I've changed to M99 as it runs a bit better in mine.
