How much is a standard steering wheel worth?

I want to finally fit my Polo steering wheel to my MK5, so I'm planning on selling the standard wheel and airbag.
Question is, has anyone sold theirs? And how much is a reasonable asking price?
I've looked on eBay and found the airbag alone can fetch £120, but none with the full wheel, and this price seems pretty excessive
