I've got the H&R 28 and 24 roll bars and in my opinion makes a huge difference, glad I bought them. Car has literally no body rool and just feels planted everywhere.

I have been thinking the same even with lowered suspension there is still body roll.

Any other opinions as to whether these really are a mod worth buying?

I fitted whiteline front and rear bars and it changed the handling characterist of the car in a very positive manner. I ran medium front and soft rear (3 way adjustable both ends).

I have an Eibach rear ARB and echo all the positives others have mentioned. Worth it for sure.
Used to have Edition 30 - number 009 and a GT TDI 140.
Now have an S4 B8 Avant (stage 2)
