Eibach spring part no help!?
« on: March 20, 2014, 07:20:13 pm »
Hi all,

A guy I know has a set of Eibach springs for sale that he says where removed from a 2008 Golf GTI.

Im concerned that they are not the correct part no for my 2007 Edition 30 but If they where I could get them at a bargain price.

Anyone able to advise me on this? If you look at the Eibach part no on them it doesn't seem to match the part no that are listed on various sites for my vehicle.

I have a Manual car without xenons.

GTI & ED30 has the same stock springs so I'd guess that aftermarket GTI springs will work with an ED30
NOW: 2015 Golf R DSG 5 Door, Lapiz Blue, 19s, Discover Nav, Reversing Camera
GONE:2007 Black GTI Edition 30 3dr

Thanks for the info Bud, I wasn't sure if the ED30's where slightly lower than the GTI so thats good news.

Need someone to confirm these part no's, Im sort of concerned the guy is telling me these a 100% correct so I buy them. I'm anal as hell so want to be sure to fit the correct part no for my car.

Sorry to butt in but I have a set of eibachs forsale of my edition 30. Brand new two weeks ago . They lowered it 22mm lower on the front and 28 mm on the rear. Only forsale as they aren't low enough for what I'm looking.
