My new gti
« on: March 15, 2014, 05:52:21 pm »
Hi all, I have just recently bought my first Golf GTI. Previously owned a Renault sport clio 182, so the first thing I noticed was difference In build quality!

This is an 05' on 66k with full Main dealer / specialist history.

spec is as follows
Reflex Silver
Monza II's
MFSW
Xenons
Coming home lights
Automatic lights and wipers
ED 30 front bumper (I think?)
Black Headlining
Cooled Glovebox
Hidden Aerial

Not sure if any of those are standard on the GTI?

Plans are for some H&R springs, wheel refurb, front mount intercooler and a remap.

Also looking to replace the diverter valve with the GFB DV+ but I've heard mixed reviews, so other suggestions would be appreciated!

C&C welcome!

Cheers

Looks smart, it's a totally different car once you've gone stage 2

so mine will be a stage 2 after a FMIC and map? I assumed that would still be stage 1. either way I'm sure it will be awesome!

Nice car mate  :happy2: you'll need a TBE and CAI for stage 2 software, FMIC and HPFP uprated internals for the additional stage 2+ software.

I'm not sure what they stand for, I'm not fussed about doing that anyway, I think I'll be happy staying stage 1 :)
