Camshaft adjustment out
« on: March 18, 2014, 03:18:53 pm »
Just been to r tech and with vcds measuring block 91 was checked and it showed camshaft adjustment spec and actual, the standard being 28 and actual reading 36, does anyone know what this relates to? Had my waterpump and cambelt changed just 2 weeks ago from dealers also.

If you had the belt done at the dealers then I would get the timing checked.  They get around 4 hours to complete the job, yet still manage to get the timing wrong from time to time.
