Just thought I'd share what I got up to today. Replaced the console bushes with S3 ones I bought off here, and replaced the others with poly bushes. Did it on my drive and had to lower the subframe cause of the DSG box. Was a bit worried at first but don't know why as it was quite easy. Took it for a test drive and the transformation is amazing, no more bang,knocks or creaks and it feels a lot more solid. Altogether it cost me £45 BARGIN. Doing it myself I must have saved a packet. Anyway sorry for boring you just thought I'd share as I'm happy as a pig in s**t.
