Revo stage 1 or 2??
« on: March 25, 2014, 10:34:47 pm »
As you know I disconnected my battery and it took my map off...
So they said will charge me £50 to put stage 1 back on...

According to revo there stage 2 software is £50 plus VAT due to me already having stage 1
All I need is a decat or sports car anyone know a good price for them? Will the ebay £150 do okay?

I'm just worried about the clutch going If I go stage 2 ,anyone had problems ?

Cheers

No it didn't take your map off. Did you not learn anything from your other thread?

Either find someone with a switch or ask them to turn your map back on.

Think it is just the luck of the draw mate????

A lad I was speaking to the other day got 45k on standard clutch while running stage 2+, yet someone else is having to replace theirs after 40k at standard!!!

drive your car using your cars gears correctly and your clutch will last.  I never had a hint of slip on mine and I ran stage 2+ for ages.

theres a reason DSG transmission changes down gears to accelerate!

Yes I did learn!! I just couldn't be arsed with explaining it's not
Gone bla bla and I think it is just luck off draw...

Just at the moment I can't afford to replace a clutch..
