Stereo crib sheet for newbie?

Hi, i see so many stereo names/numbers referred to, but have no idea what they mean or what they look like...

Has anyone got a crib sheet that shows stereo model number, a picture, the specification/capabilities etc as this would be really useful to a newbie like me....especially when i've got issues with mine..!
