My car started misfiring the other night so next morning when up get plugs changed, when plugs were pulled out the plug from cylinder 3 was coated in oil hence the misfire in the first place.
So the plugs were changed for new ones and put back in to the car and misfiring stopped. I then drove it for about another 10 miles and again misfire so brought it back to garage and as expected again found oil on plug from cylinder 3.

Does anyone know what this problem can point out to? Seems like piston rings to me, does anyone have any idea please help me out

possibly rings
possibly valve stem
possibly rocker cover gasket

change gasket and go from there

If the head is taken off the things you have listed will show up easily?

I'm not a mechanic by any stretch but maybe try a compression test on cyl 3 and also consider taking the intake manifold off and have a look at inlet valves/chambers checking for excessive carbon build up. A borescope could help with this without dis-assembly possibly.

Gone but not forgotten :-)

What color is the smoke? Pcv valve on car? White/blue? If white, could be the head gasket. Traces of oil in coolant ...??
If blue as mentioned above valve stem seals, wiper seal on piston, valve cover gasket. Sound like your going to pop the head off. Once you have the head off, you can do rings and big end bearings..
Compression test first..
What milleage is yours?
