Hi! Has anyone fitted non genuine wings?
Do they fit ok?
Any comments would be appriciated

I wouldn't personally fit them but a few mates have got them and you can't tell them apart visually from genuine wings when fitted...with anything there are good and bad pattern parts..

Thanks buddy! I think I might have to go with non genuine as I can get both wings for less than half the price of one genuine 
As long as it fits ok and looks good I'll be happy

Please keep us updated if you buy them. Im lookin also for wings or just repair the rust damage and repaint. Vw goodwill didnt impress me, its cheaper to get both new sides prepainted then to get their 50/50 offer for one side

Well I was looking on eBay! £40 each side that's a price I'm more than happy to pay if they fit ok.
Will probably be fitting them in couple months as car will be going to body shop!
Will let you know how they fit

All goes down to who fits them. Non-genuine are never going to slap straight on,  mine are non genuine and you'd never tell them apart from my old ones. Apart from having no rust.

I know theyre a bit more than the £40 quoted but Eurocarparts have a few wing options... might be an option for you guys in case? Links below for one of them but there seemed to be a couple of price options etc.
