Stage 2 settings
« on: April 04, 2014, 04:46:53 pm »
Afternoon fellow REVO software owners  :signLOL:

I'm currently stage 2 and have got a SPS in its way to me for delivery tomorrow.

I am obviously going to see my settings and also create the performance settings and upload to the car via the SPS unit.

I'm just looking to see what others boost timing and fuelling is set at and what they think of the out come, I know my edition has fuelling set to use 99ron V power Nitro+  But I will make slight tweeks to get the ultimate out of my stage 2 set up

Look forward to reading your replies  :happy2:

What sps switch are you getting as there are two types?
Without traction power is nothing!

This needs to be done in collaboration with data logging. Don't just slap someone else's settings on your car, it doesn't work like that.  :happy2:

I need VAGCOM for that right? Car drives nice just wanted to have a play with the settings to see if I can get it a touch better.

How hard is data logging?  And what do you have to do, drive with the laptop?

Also with downloading the SPS file from REVO website, do I just download, plug SPS in and drag it over to the SPS on the removable devices in my computer?

As you can see computers aren't my strongest point  :signLOL:

I have a local dealer near me who does my settings, then I popped to AMD after I disconnected my battery and they turned the fuel right down

Does that sound right?

Are you running an uprated fuel pump? If not fuel 4 is wildly optimistic. For fuel the lower the number the richer it is.

To confirm for sure if your car is making that you would need to log it with VCDS.
