yea mate cars always run on 99...dont think cam follower has ever been changed ..best get this looked into then as never heard about it..nice one
are the cam followers better from akstuning then from main dealer ? just that if they are ill order from there tomorrow..thanks again lads

Treat the Cam Follower, along the DV, as a serviceable item and change it once a year, especially the CF on a mapped car.

I just replaced mine for the first time (no receipts for it being done by previous owner) at 70k and it was barely worn. I'd suggest replacing every 3 years in normal use on a tuned car. Only the yanks seem to have to change them all the time with the poor oil & fuel they run over there

ano mate just been looking at the revo but the price is high ..but i suppose if you want good then u have to pay .haha...ill have a look at the evoms now ....having a standered golf gti and starting from scratch theres to much to pick from
