No its up to you to check the common areas and then tell them what to inspect when you book it in for a paint inspection.. The front wings are probably the most common area to suffer from rust hence why there is more reports of front wings been repaired. If your checking around your car be sure to check the front wings, sills and around the rear boot badge.
