Hi

I'm still searching through old posts, most of the stuff posted above is copy & paste.
Bloody complicated long list lol for something that throws water at the headlights  :stupid:

I did it on my last mk5 just for the sake of it, probably cost a couple of hundred quid and that was a combo of old and new bits to complete it.

I'd suggest getting the 5.5L bottle from TPS/a dealer as it came pre drilled with the holes for all pumps and sensors you need.
As for pics, look for a guy called Maloosheck on VW Vortex as he had pictures of the routing on his.

I got the loom from Kufatec and this also gives you the low fluid warning.
Used to have Edition 30 - number 009 and a GT TDI 140.
Now have an S4 B8 Avant (stage 2)

no where close to OEM units the indicator/side light housing does not go the full width of the light, but mk5's getting old now so more people will start putting cheaper non OEM stuff on there cars
Loads of extra's and retro fits.

I'll sell you my whole washer kit if you want as I want to shed some weight off my bumper. It has the 2 pumps, pipe work etc.

I'm not sure what it's worth so pm me an offer. I'll include 2 washer pumps with jets, bumper mouldings, pipe work to the washer bottle.
