You tried fully lowering the window then close it keeping the up button depress for 10 seconds after full window closure?

mmm just tried doing the hold for 5 seconds and it still the same... One touch down works fine just the up... could it be the anti pinch sensing kicking in  go and try it for 10 seconds

I suppose you could do the drastic thing of disconnecting the battery for a short while then try repeating the adaptation procedure. Personally I would just keep the button pressed till the window goes fully up.
