Stick or Twist?
« on: April 22, 2014, 12:06:23 pm »
Well, after many months of preparing mentally for my Golf to make way for a performance estate looks like it may get a stay of execution  :jumpmove:

Basically, I am not sure how much money I can spend on next car until I move house and not sure when that will be! The new pram have just bought takes up less room in the boot even though its a double so might be able to manage a holiday in the UK even with my soon to be 2 yr old and new baby on the way in 4 weeks!

So inevitably my mind is drifting back to modding...

Might ditch my Autotech internals and Revo map and get a Loba pump and custom Stg 2+ map from R-tech, in a way seems like throwing money away as my car drives well as it is but on the other hand tempted to see how it feels after Nikki has worked his magic....

Nice one dude, glad you're keeping for a bit. :)

Revo 2+ is still an awesome map, it performs so well on my car, I don't know how much quicker it would realistically be on the road with an R Tech map.

Just fitted a BBT hybrid to mine which means I have a spare K04, could have it built into a hybrid for you if you like. Do it. :)

Hi Dave, mmmm interesting.

Is that Beach Buggy Turbos? You had it on the dyno yet? What other supporting mods would I require - LPFP upgrade?
