done about 500 miles with mine on the R and took it to curborough sprint course today and god what a difference when pushed hard, were a little pressure sensitive around there and did not like low pressures as you felt it through the side walls, did drop off but oddly all cars were experiencing similar issues but came back and cleaned themselves up after 30 miles

turn in has transformed the R and have so much more confidence in hitting the apex

3 second improve on best lap time from last visit without them

If you read the review i have made in here, you would see that you need to keep the tyrepressure the same as on the road due to the Twaron reinforcement of the tyre which keeps temperature down during operation compared to the steel of other tyres

Let us see how yours looked right after action and we'll be able to judge on the pressure you used :)

Over the top mod list ;o)

i started off running 35 all round on the R and fine, then dropped to 28 and they felt like jelly, agree at higher pressure they are just way more neutral and car is progressive

the oem 19s are going back on this weekend with Bridgestones so will be interesting comparison

AS2's (For the money), I don't think there's a better all round tyre; £83 in 225/40/18 guise.

The PSS are another £80 per set... but I'm eager to try them next time; infact I think I might buy a pair as I can't see any point putting the winter tyres on for a loong time yet... 20C here today, it's practically November! lol.

I have a set of PSS on my BMW m3 and have run them for about 1k and have performed better than any tyre I have had previously in wet and dry conditions.

Good spot. I've just called up my local tyre fitters - £130.22 each fitted.
 £520.88 for all four.

Why am I posting this ? They're in Michelin's list of authorised resellers - so £70 cashback in the form of a fuel card applies. (£100 for 19" and above)

(Tyre fitters around here charge between £15-20 per wheel)

So £450.88 fitted and balanced.

I have these fitted to my mkV R32 now, what a tyre. Used in anger for the first time at Cadwell Park last weekend, and performed faultlessly.
