Maybe, although I reckon they'll both pitch there new offerings at refining there current tyres. Possibly improving tyre life, decreasing rolling resistance and increasing wet weather performance. That's where the bulk of their customers are I imagine.

However, if they do surprise us then choices are healthy!  :popcornsoda:

Another shout for the supersports. MUCH better than my old Conti SC5p

Also I have customers who have put them on their 911's as 'winter' track tyres compared to the cup2 and then been annoyed that they haven't worn out after 3-4 track days! lol

These need changing obviously.. but they have started to delaminate, which I have not experienced with any other tyre before.

I think you should email a photo of this to Michelin Rich. I'd be keen to hear an experts opinion on this.

Mine did exactly the same Rich, I thought it was due to my aggressive GEO setup but I've now seen more doing it too.

I've got the new revision Super Sports on the front now, very interested to see if these do the same.

Probably it helped by the fact we all run more camber than stock.

Hmm. I don't know anyone with an M135i (OE fit) that's had that. Very odd.

Camber maybe, but lots of us are running 2degrees with M3 wishbones.
Under inflation, maybe the weight distribution of a FWD car means they need a bit more?
Duff batch, see what Michelin say?
Sideways yo!

I'm on 2.3 degrees negative camber and 40 Psi, I drive hard, have not had any issues like that

As Mike said, duff batch?

Managed to get some pics that @monte took of mine when they came off.......

I'm not 100% sure what camber/caster I'm running but I do have adjustable ball joints and top mounts......maybe @vRSAlex would be able to remember? :happy2:
